Disabled Parking?

Yes, please ensure you display your blue badge once on site and you will be directed to the relevant area.

Wheelchair access?

Yes, the Hall 1 entrance foyers provide wheelchair-friendly access and we have lifts to access the First Floor. There are disabled toilets throughout the facility.

Electric Car Charging?

In partnership with Rolec, the venue had 18 x 22kWh charging point available in Car Park 1 &4. Once onsite, please follow the signs to the charging areas. Please ensure you bring your portable charging with you to connect directly to the Rolec Unit.

The monta app can be downloaded in advance to join the smart queue and save your place at one of the charge points.

Cash Machine?

No. Although our catering units are equipped to take card payments, we recommend you come to site prepared if you wish to make cash purchases.

Prayer Room?

Please ask on arrival and we will be able to advise which room is being utilised as a prayer room.

Shuttle Bus from Farnborough Main Train Station

We are running a free shuttle bus service from Farnborough Main train station to the venue (8:00-19:00 every 30 minutes on live event days) which will be wheelchair accessible.

Entry/Exit Gates

Visitor entrance: Gate F – For SatNav direction use postcode GU14 6TQ.

Exhibitor entrance: Gate A – For SatNav directions use postcode GU14 6XE (Transport Road).

Pedestrian access: Gate B

All exit through: Gate A

Please note there is no access for visitors/contractors via Gate D.

Parking

Free parking on site in Car Park 1.

Bag Check

The Organisers may have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons attending Space-Comm Expo. The Organisers may confiscate and dispose of any items which they will regard as dangerous or hazardous, including but not limited to firearms, weapons, knives, flares, fireworks or drones.

There will be dedicated smoking areas at the event. There is a no smoking policy throughout the venue (this includes E-cigarettes & vaping).

On-site Cloakroom?

Yes, please ask on arrival.

Hall 1 has free café style WiFi which is suitable for browsing the internet and checking emails. This WiFi is not suitable for exhibitors or organisers to rely on for show critical elements. Additional requirements can be discussed with an event manager, or a 1-day WiFi pass can be purchased via the splash page when connecting to the _Farnborough network.

Space-Comm Expo is a professional trade show and for insurance purposes, we are unable to permit any under 18s onsite.
